Caped Corrupt Housing Sodomites
Business Day - News Worth Knowing
CAPE TOWN — Housing department officials failed to provide satisfactory answers to Parliament’s standing committee on public accounts (Scopa) yesterday about irregularities involving more than R300m in housing subsidies.
(The sin of Sodom was related to property; the primary crimes of the Sodomites were terrible and repeated economic crimes, both against each other and outsiders.)
Local Government and Housing MEC Richard Dyantyi has poured cold water on a call for an investigation into the alleged practice by Western Cape municipalities of "buying back" the employment contracts of municipal managers which allegedly run into millions.
DA spokesman on local government Kobus Brynhard said in a statement in the provincial legislature that "millions in taxpayers' money" were being wasted on municipal managers. He said some municipal managers who wanted to leave the employment of the municipality would go to the mayor and ask that the remainder of the contract be paid out.Brynhard alleged that some municipal managers were "colluding" with ANC councils that their contracts be bought back"
New municipal managers are being appointed with the effect of the municipality paying the salary of a manager who is no longer in the employ and, in fact, paying the salaries of two municipal managers," he said. He added that only days ago the Berg River municipality had bought back the remainder of the contract of about a year for R3.2m, "which effectively means a salary of almost R270 000 a month for that period while the manager is no longer in their employ".
He called on Western Cape sodomites Premier Ebrahim Rasool, Finance MEC Lynne Brown and Dyantyi to investigate the matter.
MEC Dyantyi said there would be no investigation... Full Sodomy

Its a pity the fire and brimstone only ever seems to end up on the heads of the people these sodomites are screwing over!
Isn't that the truth..
Imagine the loss of life in a shack fire... then having to register that loss of life - sans ID or official documentation, and having to face the dept of home affairs again to get another ID...
The brimstone... home affairs!
